HOUSE USE AND EXPECTATIONS
We seek to provide our volunteers with a housing environment that provides the opportunity for growth spiritually, rest both physically and mentally, and proximity to our service community while meeting basic needs affordably.
All guests of the Tabernacle House are to behave in a respectable, considerate manner representative of the organization. Everything we say and do should foster positive relationships with our neighbors.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. While guests are not required to go to sleep, and/or visitors are not required to leave, the property must be quiet so guests can go to sleep if desired and so not to disturb our neighbors.
No unauthorized guests overnight.
No smoking indoors.
Please turn off lights, fans and lock the doors each time leaving the property.
Please clean regularly, maintaining a respectable living space.
Collect trash for pick up weekly; store in carport. Trash goes out to the front sidewalk on Thursday evenings.
Report any maintenance issues to Heather as soon as possible.
In the event of an emergency, please contact Heather at 803-446-5005 if she is not on-site at the time of your stay.
Any friend of The Tabernacle Puerto Rico who has previously served who would like to stay in the Tabernacle House as a vacationing guest is welcome to do so. Guests may also invite friends and family members, and may schedule their visit with Heather Crosby, 803-446-5005. It is asked that a donation of $150 per person per week is given to stay at the house, or $25 per person per night. Housing, water, wifi and electricity are included.
